Whether you’re planning an anniversary, birthday, honeymoon surprise, or something simple and special during your time in Tasmania, these offerings are designed to feel relaxed, beautiful, and thoughtfully put together.

Celebration Pop-Up Picnic

The Celebration Pop-Up Picnic is designed for clients wanting a beautifully styled setting for a special occasion without the structure of a proposal-focused experience. It’s perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, date moments, and small celebrations that deserve something a little more elevated.

DIY Picnic Service

The DIY Picnic Service is a more flexible option for clients who want the beauty of a picnic setting without a full-service styled experience. It’s ideal for those who want something simple, relaxed, and special, while taking a more hands-on approach to the moment itself.

Whats Included:

  • 24 hours of basket hire

  • optional grazing box filled with delicious premium Tasmanian produce

  • picnic basket, blanket, and small fold-up picnic table/

  • real tableware

  • cushions or bamboo chairs* (subject to availability)

Choose the Celebration Pop-Up Picnic if you want a styled, premium setup with a polished look and more support. Choose the DIY Picnic Service if you want a simpler, more flexible option with a self-led feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Of course! We offer a selection of colours and styling options for you to choose from, so your setup can feel aligned with the occasion and overall look you’re after.

  • We monitor the forecast in the lead-up to your booking and will be in touch if the weather looks unsuitable. Where possible, your setup can be moved to a nominated back-up location or rescheduled. For this reason, we recommend having a Plan B option such as private accommodation or a holiday rental.

  • As a guide, smaller bookings generally need at least 3 days’ notice and larger bookings around 7 days’ notice. If your date is sooner, it’s still worth enquiring as last-minute availability may be possible.

  • Yes, we kindly ask for your dietary requirements be shared at the time of booking. Substitute products may incur an additional fee.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the booking date. If booking within 14 days, full payment is required to confirm.
